Damn, I hate when that happens! I do it, too. Don't use it as an excuse to do it again, though. Today is a new day, and you can make a fresh start.

Posted by: tom, K! at February 1, 2006 4:40 AMIf you eat something you feel you shouldn't, it doesn't mean you've failed and might as well carry on eating. When you want to eat, make sure its something fabulous, and only one, and take satisfaction from it. Like one really good fresh sticky bun. And then carry on as normal. Up the quality, lower the quantity. You have the will power to binge, you have the will power not to binge.
Sounds far to simplistic, but its really is that simple. When I want to injure myself, I find something that needs doing, like cleaning, mending something, running errands for someone; or something I enjoy, like bouncing around like a weirdo to music really loudly (best done alone or with an uninhibited friend) Or even just go for a shortwalk, compose your thoughts, and get on with your day.
Thankyou :)

Posted by: at February 15, 2006 5:46 AMHave you seen the show "Starved"? It premiered on FX last year. Funniest comedy in years, and all about a food addiction support group: lots of binging and purging. Think you'd enjoy it - if it doesn't provide inspiration to you it should at least let you laugh about it.
