I waited until I was 23 to have sex, and it was WAY, WAY better than I ever could have imagined... I am now happily engaged to the guy! I love the idea that I will never sleep with anyone else...
While I don't necessarily believe that you need to wait until marriage, wait until you have the opportunity to have sex with someone you truly love and who loves you just as much in return. My fiance and I were friends for 5 years before we even dated.
Hang in there! And don't let this get in the way of enjoying being 18!
