Let us talk about illegals here.
I have read the recent posts and have my two cents to put in.
This story is just beyond belief but I swear on everything that is right and good. I had to be in the court house today in traffic court. One of the people on trial was a non english speaking man from one of the Latin American countries. It seems he was there because he had no Driver's License and was driving a car with no insurenace. During the trial, an interpurter provided by the good people of the State of California at the citizens expence, did her job. The man on trail admitted to driving without a license and driving a car with no insurance. Then the guy admits to using a false/fake Social Security Number to obtain a job.
So what does the judge do? He lets the guy go and tells him to come back later when he tries to get insurance proof on the car he was driving. Now it seems to me that driving a vehicle without a license is a Misdemeanor and under the right circumstances could cause a stay in jail. The defendent admits to obtaining employment using false identification. The defendent admits to breaking the law. Does the judge do anything?
Sure he does, he lets this illegal P.O.S. go. Does this stupid judge really expect this guy to come back? Why does this judge not do what he is supposed to do, act for the people and put this illegal in jail, contact immigration and get this lying sack of shit back to his country?
Makes me wonder what our country is coming to.
I hope I did not offend anyone....well actually maybe if enough people get offended we can give our country back to the people who are here legally.

You fake Id guy may have gotten away with a sentence and a hefty fine for those traffic violations, and not been summmararily dismissed from the country right there and then as it seems you are saying without spelling it out. Consider that this guy can not now risk using those same id's without risking a jail sentence over his head. Futher he can not go to his job using his fake SS number, that would be to commit the same crime but for the traffic court it is not much of an effort to allow IRS to have a peek at their records once in a while.
It was a traffic court dealing with a traffic violation. We should all be scared if all of our past is before any human court in one fell swoop,consider how righteous it would be and how it could be abused.
The fake id guy is screwed, but in due course he either is forced to leave the country or pays a hefty fine (what the system is geared towards) and has to live under a magnifying glass for a good while before he can go back to living his life without interference from the various arms of the law in this land.
Either way justice is served, no fear.
So when did they start letting illiterates do courtroom interpretation? This may explain the judge's mistake in the post.
