Why would someone have to pay child support for a child not biologically his? Or did the blood test come back showing a 99.6% probability that you are the father, and you've decided you're in the remaining .4%?

In california, if a man raises a child and it has been more than a year and a half since he has been doing so, by law he must pay child support till the child is 18. Really fair, huh. Nothing supprises me in that liberal, dyke fag infested state.
