Open question to the masses: do you find that commited serious relationships are stressfull, or is it just me?
Posted by anonymous at October 24, 2006 8:46 AMI have been married for 16 years. Yes, there were a few years that were stressfull. However, those few stressfull years really add a lot of the "stickiness" to the glue.
Posted by: at October 24, 2006 9:30 AMIf your relationship is constantly stressful, then get out. Otherwise, you can expect that a long-term, serious committed relationship will have its ups and downs. Whether you're willing to weather the storms speaks to your level of commitment to your significant other. And as to the FC's comment that the occasional stress adds to the stickiness of the glue that holds you together, he/she is 100% correct! Botton line: anything good is worth working for.

Posted by: at October 25, 2006 7:09 AMThey are only stressful if excessive flatulence is involved.
Posted by: at October 25, 2006 7:45 AMNah, excessive flatulence is a stress reliever. I don't care what anyone says, farts are funny!
