Isn't it hyphenated? "poo-poo" or "pooh-pooh"?

Even if it is hyphenated, it's still one word.

OMG, I can't believe we're discussing the proper spelling of "poopoo"!

I believe the rule is that if one wishes to concoct a word that isn't normally in the dictionary (such a poopoo), out of a word or words which are (such as poo), then one has to use a hyphen. For example, "shit-eater", "fuck-burger" and "pig-fucker" are non-dictionary words created from (in alphabetical order):

burger
eater
fuck
fucker
pig
shit

Please correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks!
