Good grief. I'm pagan/wiccan, and I dislike the blind belief, hypocrisy and arrogance of bible-thumpers, but even I found this post distasteful.

I believe in pagan "crap" because I have felt and experienced things that show me that I am on the right spiritual path for me, and that my beliefs do make sense. Maybe they don't make sense to you, but that doesn't mean they don't to anyone else.
Besides, my comment was to say that even though I don't believe that Jesus was divine, and even though I believe the bible is just a collection of folk stories and legends based very loosely on a historical figure's push for social change, one should have at least some respect for others' beliefs. I do believe I am permitted to say that I found the OP distasteful without expecting that someone will come back and call my beliefs "crap." We all have the right to decide whether to be religious or spiritual.
Are we humans having a spiritual experience, OR, are we spirits having a human experience?
